What is GO-TO?
GO-TO is a free, 24/7 online service that allows you to review claims data, update your personal information, choose a doctor, order ID cards and much more.

Is my personal information secure?
Physicians Plus takes safeguarding the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. GO-TO meets or exceeds industry standards for information security practices. GO-TO has an HTTPS session using SSL for the web connection. Once any information is entered, it is held and treated as Protected Health Information (PHI) and kept confidential within the GOTO website.

Which Web browsers are supported?
GO-TO supports Netscape and Microsoft’s Internet Explorer Web browsers. Other browsers will interfere with GO-TO’s capabilities and may cause processing delays.

How do I sign up for GO-TO?
GO-TO sign up is easy and convenient. All that is required is your Physicians Plus ID to complete the registration process. Following the registration process, you will be prompted to create a unique User ID and Password.

What is a User ID?
A Username is the name you want GO-TO to remember you by. You can use letters, numbers or a combination, but try to create a User ID you can remember easily. User IDs are case sensitive, so keep in mind whether you want to use capital letters.

What is a Password?
Your Password is another layer of security and provides the “key” to your private health information. Passwords must be at least six (6) characters long, can include numbers and letters and are case sensitive.

Click on the "forgotten my password" button at the bottom of the GO-TO home page. Enter your User ID, click the "Continue" button and we’ll e-mail your GO-TO hint question to you. If you don’t have an e-mail address on record, please call Member Service at (608) 282-8900 or (800) 545-5015 for assistance.

Why can’t I see my spouse’s or teenage childrens’ claim information?
Privacy laws limit access to personal health data. Subscribers should be able to see claim information for dependents 13 years of age or younger. Spouses and children age 14 and older have their own individual accounts. If you need to obtain claim information for family members, please contact Member Service.

Can I print claim information? How do I send Physicians Plus claim information?
Yes. You can print claim information using the printer icon. If you would like to send us an email containing any protected health information, please send it to us via the secure messaging system located in GO-TO. While we take every precaution to provide secure information to our users, we cannot similarly protect the information sent to us electronically by members unless it is sent via GO-TO. Alternatively, you may send information through the mail or call Member Service for more information.

When I use GO-TO to update my account, when will the system reflect my changes?
The system is updated overnight and most changes are available the next day. When you use GO-TO to select a new primary care provider, the change is effective on the first of the next month. If you request a new ID card, you should receive it in 5-7 business days.

How do I get additional information about my health plan or benefits?
You can access additional information such as the Member Handbook, Medical Certificate, forms and benefit change updates by clicking the Member tab at the top of the Member home page or call Member Service at (608) 282-8900 or (800) 545-5015 from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

How do I add or delete family members?
Members cannot add or delete family members because such changes can affect payroll deductions and may be subject to enrollment requirements. Subscribers must contact their human resources department to add or delete family members.

Will Physicians Plus share my e-mail address with third parties?
Physicians Plus does not share your e-mail address information with third parties. We will not ask you via electronic communication to provide us with your social security number, account numbers, login ID or any other password or related personal identification information. Your password and login ID are confidential and should only be known by you. Please contact our Customer Service Department at 800-545-5015 should you get any such request or suspect any unusual activity.

Why am I unable to access GO-TO Healthy Choices?
GO-TO Healthy Choices is available to members 18 and over. If you qualify and are unable to access GO-TO Healthy Choices via the available links, you may need to allow pop-ups on your Web browser.

How can I get the GO-TO website to display correctly using Internet Explorer 8?
Internet Explorer 8 is a new release and some websites may not yet be ready for the new browser. You can maintain a list within Internet Explorer 8 for sites that should be displayed in Compatibility View. From the Command Bar, select Tools, and then select Compatibility View Settings to add and remove sites from this list. There are also options for viewing all websites and intranet sites in Compatibility View.
